OpenAI’s customer story describes Pollo Agent turning rough ideas and visual references into scripts and scene plans. Pollo uses GPT-5.6 for routing, GPT-6 Astra for more demanding planning and GPT-Image-2.5 for image generation. The account also describes a fragrance customer turning a product photograph into a roughly fifteen-second video with fabric textures, lighting changes and bottle close-ups.
Those examples give a campaign team a concrete workflow to examine: supply an existing product image, develop a setting around it, then review a moving sequence. OpenAI and Pollo describe the outcome. The account does not provide an independent comparison of production cost, delivery time or product accuracy. Its jewelry and beverage examples likewise illustrate the companies’ proposed use of the tools.
Specify what the image must retain
For a hypothetical fragrance commission, start by identifying the details the client expects to remain accurate: the bottle shape, label text, cap and visible liquid. A mood reference can guide drapery or light while the approved product reference controls those details. Record which alterations the client permits before generating variations.
Review the sequence as a product advertisement. Inspect whether the bottle changes between shots and whether the finished crop leaves the label readable. These are our recommended checks; we have not run this Pollo workflow or verified that it preserves each detail. A convincing atmosphere cannot supply a missing product approval.
Keep a usable handover
Ask the producer to retain the supplied reference, the selected output and the changes made in finishing. Identify who approved the product depiction and which version the team delivered. That record helps the next editor distinguish a deliberate creative alteration from an accidental change.
The source offers a useful starting point for that conversation. It does not establish rights clearance for a new commission, identify every contributor to each customer example or guarantee a production saving. Commission a pilot around one product and one intended placement, with the acceptance conditions written before anyone treats the result as a finished campaign.
