This policy governs the current bounded en-US website edition.

Working commitments

  1. Routine transcription, spelling, metadata, tagging, and internal research organization are explained here rather than repeated on every article.
  2. Material Watch or automated contribution receives a precise record-level production note.
  3. Human review is claimed only when a review event is recorded; an automated unreviewed update says so explicitly and remains limited to low-risk records.

Accountability

Questions, corrections, and evidence should be routed to the named editorial owner. The production system must preserve the date, decision, and version associated with every material change.
