Full-time on-site Video Editor role in Almaty at Higgsfield AI, focused on long-form YouTube editing for generative AI and creative tools. The role emphasizes pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and optimizing videos for retention and engagement. Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools and solid Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve skills are required.
Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube videos; craft narratives through pacing, rhythm, and structure; add motion graphics, b-roll, captions, and sound design; collaborate with Creative Directors, founders, and growth managers; turn rough ideas, scripts, or screen recordings into polished final videos; optimize for YouTube retention and audience engagement.
Requirements and eligibility
Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools; solid editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end; sharp sense of visual and marketing culture; high energy, ownership, and adaptability; understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
