Superside is recruiting an AI Creative Director or Associate Creative Director in Latin America. The role blends hands-on generative-AI design with leadership of a distributed team across branding, advertising, presentations, print and landing pages. No salary range is published.
Responsibilities
Develop concepts and assets with AI tools, refine prompts and integrate generated material into production. Direct multidisciplinary projects, mentor colleagues and review work against client objectives. Present creative approaches to clients and improve team workflows through experimentation.
Requirements and eligibility
At least five years as a creative lead or in a similar role is requested, with experience directing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Strong English, Adobe and Figma skills, presentation-tool proficiency and practical AI use are required. The portfolio should include branding, presentations, advertising and AI-assisted work.
