Description
Runway is hiring a Senior or Staff Product Designer focused on growth. The remote-listed role covers pricing, upgrades, checkout and other revenue-related interfaces. The expected US salary range is $220,000–$290,000; other locations may differ.
Responsibilities
Develop and test pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts and checkout flows. Partner with engineering, product and data teams on experiments, refine successful changes and guide design across the conversion journey.
Requirements and eligibility
Candidates should be able to show how previous design work affected revenue, conversion or account expansion. Experience interpreting quantitative experiments, designing polished web interfaces and shipping with engineers is required. Knowledge of creative tools is expected; AI-assisted functional prototyping is a bonus.
Compensation
