Description
Runway is hiring a Senior or Staff Product Designer for its creative tools. The remote-listed role covers mobile and web product work with engineering, product and research teams. The expected US salary range is $220,000–$290,000; other locations may differ.
Responsibilities
Lead feature-design projects, explore and prototype creative workflows, and improve consistency across the product. Work closely with engineers and product colleagues to ship and refine designs.
Requirements and eligibility
Candidates should have experience with web flows, prototypes and polished interfaces, plus strong visual design and an understanding of usability and modern web technology. Experience shipping quickly with engineering teams and knowledge of creative tools are required. Functional prototyping with AI tools is a useful extra.
