Description
Runway Labs seeks a Design Engineer to prototype interfaces for AI video, world models and agent-based tools. This remote-listed role belongs to the research and exploration team. The expected US salary range is $250,000–$310,000; other locations may differ.
Responsibilities
Design and implement experimental interactions, research tools and working prototypes. Collaborate with researchers, engineers and designers to explore creative workflows and ways to direct AI systems.
Requirements and eligibility
Candidates need experience designing web or agent-based interfaces and building tools where AI can take actions or coordinate multiple steps. Strong visual and interaction design, usability testing and comfort working with open-ended research problems are required.
Compensation
