Luma is hiring an Editor + Motion Graphics specialist for Dream Lab in Los Angeles. This hybrid role combines social video, scripted editing and original animation. The posted compensation range is $126,000–$147,000, with equity offered.
Responsibilities
Edit footage into social cuts, tutorials, interviews and narrative pieces. Build motion graphics and kinetic type, track graphics into live footage, adapt deliveries for different platforms and use audience data to improve subsequent edits. Maintain organized project files and reusable production assets.
Requirements and eligibility
Applicants need at least three years of professional editing experience and advanced Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop skills. Submit a portfolio identifying videos you edited and animated yourself. Narrative editing, sound, color and post-production knowledge are important; additional editing tools and personal channels are useful extras.
