Description
Instrument is building a US freelance network of product, brand and visual designers for future engagements. This is an expression of interest, with project needs varying; it is not a guaranteed assignment. Expected contract pay is $50–$110 an hour, depending on location, experience and skills.
Responsibilities
Potential projects include digital products, marketing websites, visual identity systems, campaigns and prototypes. Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, writers, motion designers and technologists, and develop or document design systems as projects require.
Requirements and eligibility
Applicants should have experience in digital products, websites, brands or campaigns, strong visual and typography skills, and proficiency in Figma. A portfolio demonstrating craft and problem-solving is required, along with the ability to present work, respond to feedback and collaborate with distributed teams.
Compensation
$50-110 per hour; varies by location, experience, and skillset
