Requirements and eligibility
Strong backend engineering skills; experience operating production systems; sound fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and asynchronous processing; hands-on experience developing agents; understanding of prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations, and reliable secure operation; independent end-to-end ownership and confidence across the stack; good product judgement and clear communication. Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets, asynchronous workers, multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or small fast-moving teams is particularly valuable.
