ElevenLabs is building a dedicated engineering team for enterprise uses of ElevenCreative. This role connects customer requirements with bespoke integrations or improvements to the shared product.
Responsibilities
Work directly with enterprise customers to uncover the need behind a request, then deliver a custom integration or a reusable product feature. Own implementation through launch and help resolve technical barriers to enterprise adoption.
Requirements and eligibility
Customer-facing experience as a forward-deployed, solutions or B2B founding engineer, including enterprise presentations. Strong full-stack delivery with APIs, integrations, authentication, SSO, access controls and security reviews; ability to ship independently and distinguish one-client needs from reusable features. Localization, marketing-tool or adtech experience is a plus. Remote between the US East Coast and Europe, with European hours and flexibility for customer time zones.
