ElevenLabs is hiring a backend-leaning engineer for Creative Voices, the speech products inside ElevenCreative. The role covers production systems for voice creation and processing.
Responsibilities
Improve voice-system architecture, data models, storage and APIs. Make cloning and fine-tuning services reliable through monitoring, retries and recovery, and build voice creation, verification and recommendation features with research and security teams. Own delivery into production, including frontend changes when needed.
Requirements and eligibility
Strong backend experience with high-traffic production systems, system design and databases, including concurrency, migrations, data modeling and security. Practical service operations, debugging, monitoring and recovery skills, plus independent delivery across the stack. Specific languages and prior audio experience are not required. Remote globally, with optional offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw.
