CLO is seeking an on-site 3D Implementation Specialist in Shanghai to help apparel teams introduce digital garment workflows. The role covers customer training, technical support, pre-sales demonstrations and implementation planning, with feedback carried back to the software team. Responsibilities
Train enterprise and academic users and provide technical support and pre-sales demonstrations. Develop customer implementation plans, follow adoption and translate feedback into product improvements. Support research, community activities and events around digital apparel workflows.
Requirements and eligibility
Zero to two years of apparel or fashion experience with garment, pattern and fabric knowledge. Photoshop and Illustrator skills, aesthetic judgment and communication skills. CLO or other 3D software experience is preferred; related 3D, animation or PBR knowledge is useful. Strong English is preferred; willingness to travel frequently is required.
