Description
CLO is hiring a New York-based 3D Design & Implementation Specialist to help fashion businesses and schools adopt its garment-design software. The work combines customer training, product demonstrations, implementation support and feedback to the development team. This is an on-site, full-time role with frequent travel; applicants must be local or willing to relocate. The stated salary is USD 55,000–70,000 annually. A cover letter and portfolio are required.
Responsibilities
Train enterprise and academic users and demonstrate CLO to decision-makers and designers. Support accounts, plan 3D implementation and participate in client projects on and off site. Report bugs and product feedback; develop engagement content and support user events.
Requirements and eligibility
At least one year of fashion work or internship experience and substantial pattern-making knowledge. Ability to learn software quickly; knowledge of 2D or 3D CAD is helpful. Clear communication, teamwork and willingness to travel frequently. Be based locally or willing to relocate to New York. Submit a cover letter and portfolio with the application.
